Serving Atlanta Area Schools and Educators since 2001
This website! After several years of web presence through Facebook
(www.facebook.com/artforsocialjustice), APAL is happy to have a new and improved website for the 2015-16 school year.
New this year, we are hoping to partner with Tree Connection for a pair of school residencies on the west side of Atlanta in the Emerald Corridor. More to come as it develops!
"I love this partnership and want to see it continue. Our students need this exposure to the Arts. Without Art, there is no education."
- Tom Dunn, Partner Teacher
"Please, please, keep up the dialogue. It is becoming more and more imperative that our youth learn constructive and relatable ways to use critical thinking in our public institutions. Reclaim pedagogy for the future of our democratizing world. Standing in solidarity with these kids. ."
- Z. Norton, Library Patron
